Leicester Riders moved back to joint top of the BBL Championship, while the remaining three Quarter-Final spots in the BBL Cup were decided. Riders improved to 4-0 with an 88-70 victory over Surrey Scorchers behind 19 points from Tyler Bernardini. Meanwhile, London Lions booked their place in the Last Eight of the BBL Cup with a convincing 105-79 win against Plymouth Raiders as Alex Owumi netted 32 points. Glasgow Rocks also advanced as they held off Leeds Force in an 82-77 success with Gareth Murray scoring 21 points, while Cheshire Phoenix recorded an 82-97 victory away at Manchester Giants and were led by Jamell Anderson, who scored 25 points.
